Stroke Incidence, Rate of Thrombolytic Therapy, Mortality in Thailand from 2009 to 2021

BACKGROUND: Thrombolytic treatment is the main of acute ischemic stroke. Thailand started thrombolytic in 2008 only at university hospitals Bangkok and gradually increased services large provincial until widespread 2014. However, no studies regard stroke management Thailand.
 AIM: This study aims to present data: incidence, rate treatment, mortality for 13 years
 METHODS: A from National Health Security Office's database between 2009 2021 was reported using percentage statistics, number patients per 100,000 population.
 RESULTS: The overall incidence aged 15 years over 172.33- 328.00 population. 90.37-222.73 non-traumatic intracerebral hemorrhage 55.77-87.63 Rate who treated with 0.18-8.04%. Mortality 10.24-14.77%. 3.97-10.53%.
 CONCLUSIONS: Stroke tends increase years. Acute receiving number. decline. Especially stroke, greatly reduced.
